Kansas City Cornbread

Yield: one 8x8 pan
1 8.5-oz. box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 9-oz. box jiffy yellow cake mix
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
Mix all ingredients and pour batter into greased and floured
8x8 pan. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then lower oven to 350°F and bake for
another 20-25 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean and top is lightly
browned.
