Hummus (no tahini needed)

Easy Hummus

Yield: 1 c. hummus

1 can chick peas (drained)
1/4 c. olive oil
2 TB lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1/4 tsp salt

Stick it all in the blender until smooth. Serve cold with pitas, chips, crackers, on sandwiches, etc.
Refrigerate.

**You could also add other seasonings such as cumin, pepper, thyme, sriracha, etc.
