Chocolate Dough Cookies


Chocolate Dough Cookies
*with peanut butter chips or mint/white chocolate



1 cup margarine, soft
1 ½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ¼ cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Add dry ingredients to margarine mixture and mix well.
-Add 10-12 oz. peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, or finely chopped Andes mints and white chocolate chips

Bake 8-10 minutes at 350. Cookies should look moist but cake-like.

Yields: 3 dozen 2” cookies
