Dad's Famous Crepes


Dad's Famous Crepes
Dearest Dad
Yields: 12 crepes


1 cup flour
4-5 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ tsp. salt
2 TB oil

Blend all ingredients in mixer, adding flour or liquid to make runnier or thicker. Heat skillet on medium heat.  Pour a small amount of oil in pan and move around to cover bottom of pan. Pour about ½ cup batter (about enough to cover ½ the pan without moving it around) into the pan. Move pan around to cover entire bottom with batter. Flip when one side is browning and cook remaining side.
