Gourmet Hawaiian Haystacks


Gourmet Hawaiian Haystacks

2-3 chicken breasts, cooked, shredded
1 can cream of chicken
3 cups milk
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 small white onion
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¾ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. salt

Lightly sauté finely chopped white onion. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low and simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve over white rice with crushed pineapple or chow mein noodles.

Yields: 5-6 medium servings
