Honey Crisp Granola

Yield: one 13x18 (9 cups)
6 c. oats
3 c. rice krispies
¼ c. packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ c. vegetable oil
½ c. honey
¼ c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla
Pour oats, Rice Krispies, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl and set aside. Pour oil, then honey in a glass measuring scoop. Microwave until warm. Add applesauce and vanilla to measuring scoop and stir. Once evenly mixed, pour over oats and rice krispies mix. Stir until evenly coated. Spread in an 13x18 baking sheets. Bake at 300 for 32 minutes, stirring every 8 minutes. Do not stir after removing it from over the last time. Let cool completely. Stir in raisins after completely cool if desired. Store in airtight container.
