Mindy’s Fudge Spectrum Pie

oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate squares
¼ c. sweetened condensed milk
Oreo
pie crust
2
c. cold milk
2
packages instant chocolate pudding (I recommend brand name for this recipe)
8
oz. Cool Whip
½ c. chopped pecans (optional)
-Melt
chocolate squares and mix with sweetened condensed milk. Pour into bottom of
pie crust. If using pecans, spread pecans over chocolate layer and press into
it.
-Beat
milk and pudding with a whisk for 2 minutes. Spoon 1 ½
cups pudding into crust.
-Mix
remaining pudding with ½ cup Cool Whip and carefully spoon into pie on top of
previous layer.
-Top
with Cool Whip.
-Refrigerate
for 3 hours before serving.
Yields:
8 large or 12 small slices
