Spice Cookies & Cupcakes

box Spice cake

can pumpkin
10
oz. chocolate chips (I like half semisweet and half milk chocolate)
*use less if using mini's, they go further
Cookies:
Mix
Spice cake and pumpkin. Add chocolate chips. Drop onto baking sheet and bake at
350 for 12-14 minutes until the tops are springy (but retain shape) and cracks start to appear.
Cupcakes:
Mix
cake mix and pumpkin and drop into cupcake liners. Cook in a muffin tin for 17
minutes at 350.
Yields: 2 dozen cookies
