Healthy Boyd Blueberry Pancakes


Healthy Boyd Blueberry Pancakes

Yield: 12-14 pancakes

2 c. wheat flour
¼ c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 TB baking powder
pinch of salt
3 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
3 TB melted butter
1 c. fresh blueberries

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, and butter. Fold in blueberries. Cook on heated and greased griddle.
