Soft Gingersnaps


Soft Gingersnaps

Yield: 2 dozen

½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
¼ c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
1 ¼ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and roll in sugar (optional). Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
