c. sugar

egg
¼ c. molasses

c. flour

tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. cinnamon
Mix
all ingredients together. Roll into balls and roll in sugar (optional). Place
on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
