Cottage Cheese Waffles


Cottage Cheese Waffles

Yield: 8 5” waffles

2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal (quick oats)
1 TB baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. milk
½ c. cottage cheese
½ c. oil

Beat egg whites. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook in a heated and greased waffle iron and serve with delicious toppings.
