Cindy’s Boston Sweet Cornbread

Cindy’s Boston Sweet Cornbread

Yield: 9x13 (halve recipe for 9x9 pan)

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. cornmeal
2 TB baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 TB melted butter


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and butter. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
