Peanut Butter Bars
Cookie
base:

cup butter
1
cup sugar
1
cup brown sugar

eggs
2/3
cup peanut butter
1
tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1
tsp. vanilla
2
cups flour
2
cups quick oats
2
cups milk chocolate chips
Cream
butter and sugars. Add eggs, peanut butter, soda, salt, vanilla, flour, and
oatmeal and mix thoroughly. Pat into a 13x18 cookie pan and bake for 12-15
minutes at 350. Do not overcook! Remove and immediately sprinkle with chocolate
chips. Spread when melted, making sure not to press into cookie base.
Frosting:
½ cup peanut butter
2
cups powdered sugar

Tbsp. milk
Make
frosting and spread on top of cooled chocolate.
Cool completely and cut into squares. Don’t let your mouth melt when you eat
them!
