Kathy's Oatmeal Choc-Chunk Cookies
CREAM:

eggs

C. sugar
1
C. brown Sugar
1
C. butter (at least ½ & ½)

tsp. vanilla
ADD:
1
tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. Salt

C. flour
ADD:
2
C. rolled oats
¾ C. coconut (add ¼ cup flour and nuts if no coconut)
1
C. raisins (optional)
6
oz. chocolate chips (*grate 8-oz. Ghirardelli 60% cocoa bar, or use Nestle's
chunk chips & pecans)
¾ C. nuts (or add ¼ whole flour)
Bake
12-15 minutes at 350º
Let
sit on cookie sheet for 3 minutes before removing
Yields:
3 dozen medium cookies
