Lasagna
with Uncooked Noodles

Your favorite flavor of spaghetti sauce
Meat (ground beef or turkey), cooked and crumbled
Lasagna noodles
Cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Meat (ground beef or turkey), cooked and crumbled

Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Cover the bottom of a 9×13 pan with the sauce. Sprinkle on
some extra Italian seasoning. Do it over at least 2 of the layers.
Layer the uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spread
some cottage cheese over the noodles. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the
cottage cheese. If you are using parmesan cheese, throw some on top of each
layer of mozzarella.
Repeat 2 more times. Add meat between the first and second
layers (add only once). On the third repeat, I put more spaghetti sauce over
the cottage cheese and then add the mozzarella. Top with Mozzarella and
Parmesan.
Bake at 350 F. until the noodles feel done when you stick a
fork in it, about 1 ½ hours. If it starts getting too brown on top, cover it
with foil.
