Perfect Cheesecake

Yield: 2 pies
2 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
1 ¼ c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
12 drops lemon juice
½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 graham pie crusts
Blend cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add everything
else and mix well. Pour into graham crusts. Cook 33 minutes at 350. Drizzle
with chocolate and refrigerate or refrigerate and serve with defrosted and
mashed frozen berries.
