Lemon Cream Cheese Bundt Cake

Yield: 1 Bundt pan
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 8-oz cream cheese
3 eggs
2 TB lemon juice and zest from lemon
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
Cream butter and sugar. Add cream cheese, then eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice, lemon extract, and zest. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture. Pour batter into greased Bundt pan and bake 1 hour (might need +10 mins) at 350. Cool 10 minutes before adding glaze. Turn cake over and remove cake from pan into a dish deep enough to catch the glaze. Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over the cake.
