Marla’s Hot Fudge


Marla’s Hot Fudge

Yield: 2-3 cups fudge

1 can evaporated milk
½ cube butter, melted
½ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 TB cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat evaporated milk and butter. Sift flour, salt, sugar, and cocoa together and add to milk and butter. Boil 5-8 minutes until thick like pudding. Add vanilla. Let cool and put in a blender for 1 minute. Serve with ice cream, fresh berries, etc.
