Neiman Marcus Yellow Brownies

Yield: one 9x13 pan
1 yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar (4 cups)
Mix cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter in mixing bowl. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Separately mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Pour into pan on top of other layer. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and optional chocolate toppings.
