Baguette Hors d'oeuvres


Baguette Hors d’oeuvres

Yield: 1-2 baguette loaves

1-2 baguette bread loaves, sliced diagonally
½ c. mayo
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. basil, dried (or 1 TB fresh, chopped)
1 tsp. oregano, dried (or 1 TB fresh, chopped)
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (or larger tomatoes cut in smaller pieces)
Zucchini, thinly sliced
Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Make sauce of mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, and oregano. Spread on bread slices and top with zucchini, tomato, and mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
