Pico de Gallo


Pico de Gallo
Café Rio
Yield: 2-3 cups

4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
¼ bunch cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½  tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
