Pretzel Letters


Pretzel Letters

Yield: about 10 pretzel letters

1 pkg. yeast
1 ½ c. warm water
1 TB sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 beaten egg
Sea salt

Prepare yeast in warm water and sugar. Add salt and flour. Shape dough into letters. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
