Blueberry Lemon Bread


Blueberry Lemon Bread

Yield: 2 loaves

CREAM:
1 c. softened butter
2 c. sugar

ADD:
4 eggs (one at a time)
1/5 tsp. salt
1/5 tsp. baking soda

ALTERNATE: (mix after each)
½ c. buttermilk
1 ½ c. flour
½ c. buttermilk
1 ½ c. flour

ADD:
1 grated lemon rind
2 c. blueberries

Bake in greased loaf pans 1 hour at 325.
