Cafe Rio Lime Rice


Café Rio Lime Rice
Café Rio
Yield: 6 cups

2 TB butter
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced

6 2/3 cups water
8 tsp. chicken bullion
½ bunch cilantro chopped
2 tsp. cumin
2 small cans diced green chilies
1 TB lime juice
½ tsp. pepper
3 c. rice

In a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in butter. In a large pot, bring to a boil the remaining ingredients. When rice is done, combine with garlic and onion. Serve warm.
