Cafe Rio Black Beans



Cafe Rio Black Beans
Café Rio
Yield: 1 ½ - 2 cups

1 can black beans
1/3 c. tomato juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
2 TB oil
½ tsp. salt
2 TB cilantro, chopped

Heat oil, cumin, and garlic.   Add remaining ingredients and heat until warm.
