Twice Baked Potatoes


Twice Baked Potatoes

Yield: 6-8 servings



3-4 large potatoes
½ c. sliced green onions
¼ c. butter, softened
½ c. milk
½ c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
Paprika

Bake potatoes, cut length-wise, and scoop out inside (leave peels intact). Sauté onions and add to potato innards. Add green onions, butter, milk, sour cream, salt, and ½ c. cheese. Stuff potato peel shells with the potato mixture and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake 20-30 mins. at 350.
