Roasted Cauliflower


Roasted Cauliflower

Yield: 8-10 servings

2 TB butter
¼ c. olive oil
1 TB sage, dried (or 3 TB fresh)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 head cauliflower, cut in 1” pieces

Brown all ingredients except cauliflower in butter. Add Cauliflower and mix. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, stirring once.
