Chicken Broccoli Casserole


Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Yield: one 9x13 pan



3 c. broccoli cooked
6 chicken breasts, cooked, mildly shredded
Paprika and Pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ c. mayo
1 c. sour cream
1 TB lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1-2 slices dried or toasted bread

In a 9x13 pan, layer: broccoli, chicken, pepper, and paprika
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pan contents (except bread). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & additional paprika/pepper. Carefully crumble bread slices in a bowl and dribble 1-2 tsp. oil over bread. Mix until well coated. Crumble over pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or baked/mashed potatoes.
