Yield: 10 servings

3.5 lbs. pork roast
1 (8-oz) bottle taco sauce
1 TB cumin
1 c. brown sugar
1 can Coke (not diet)

Place roast in Crock-pot and cover halfway with water. Cook on low for 3 hours. If there is still a lot of water, remove some of the water. Add remaining ingredients and cook roast for 3 more hours. You can also cook a couple of hours on high then switch to low.
