White Chocolate Craisin Scones

Yield: 8-10 scones
2 c. flour
¼ c. sugar
1 TB baking powder
1 stick butter
½ tsp. salt
½ c. craisins
1 egg
½ c. milk
1 c. white chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add craisins and stir. Add eggs and milk and mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips. Knead on a floured surface and pat into a large circle 1” thick. Score into 8-10 slices. Bake on cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with butter or plain!
