Yield: one party’s worth!
1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 ½ c. grated cheddar cheese
1 TB dried chives
2 tsp. dry ranch dressing mix
½ c. pecans, chopped (or other nuts)
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
