Greek Sloppy Joes


Greek Sloppy Joes

Yield: 6-8 servings

1 lb. beef
½ c. chopped onion
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Optional: 1 tsp. Greek seasoning

Brown the beef and drain. Add onions and cook until onions are lightly sautéed. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer. Serve on hamburger buns with feta and lettuce.
