Asian Fish Tacos


Asian Fish Tacos

Yield: 6-8 servings



1-2 lbs. Panko-breaded fish (tilapia, etc.)
½ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. hoisin sauce
1 bag broccoli slaw
Chopped cilantro
Corn or flour tortillas

Mix mayo and hoisin sauce in mixing bowl. Pour some of the sauce over the broccoli slaw and mix. Save remaining sauce mixture to serve directly on tacos. To assemble tacos, spread sauce on warmed tortilla, add cooked fish, and then add broccoli slaw. Add cilantro and Thai Sweet Chili sauce if desired.
